My name is Natalie Haynes and I am a psychotherapist. I work with individuals and couples who are currently overwhelmed or in crisis and need support in creating the life they desire. My approach is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential place for clients to explore what is creating stress in their life.

My role is to assist you as you get curious about yourself, help you to gain awareness and understanding so that you can powerfully and confidently make the choices you need to make to have the life you want. My background is in Spiritual Psychotherapy and Gestalt Therapy. These two disciplines are highly effective in helping people to gain awareness because they are based in being in the present moment.
